Tristalyn Bixler-Kint - Listing and Marketing Coordinator 

Tristalyn works closely with Rick and Drew to create an easy listing experience. She schedules ads, sends targeted direct mail. sends showing reports, schedule open house tours, create a personalized virtual tour, and submit listings to RAYAC/MLS! She works with getting the property online and out to various websites. Tristalyn is available to answer any calls about your current listing, showing, advertising, and more!

Sydney Parks - Settlement Coordinator

Syd coordinates and monitors the flow of every settlement from beginning to end.  She leaves no stone unturned in coordinating the ordering of deeds, scheduling title work and inspections, and finalizing all other necessary documentation.

Of particular note is her sense of presence and the prevailing calm that seems to follow her into a room.  It enables everyone to proceed with confidence and stems from her extensive experience in the financial and real estate industries (she was a bank vice president before earning her real estate license and becoming a notary public).
