Rick was instrumental in putting all the details together in purchasing an investment property for me. When it came to negotiating, he delivered twice; able to get the seller to agree to a price that was aligned with my acquisition price (price that came with built-in equity), and was able to get the seller to pick up some repair costs that were found in the inspection process. Whether selling or purchasing a home, partner up with someone who is a true pro in their field, or in other words, partner up with Rick Smith.

Rick did a great job or me. He had my house sold within 2 weeks time and helped me find a great new house. The house I purchased was a short sale which can be stressful process but Rick made it as pleasant as possible He had a lot of great insight throughout the whole sale and purchase process and didn't over sell anything.
