Not really much to say except he knows what needs to be done and will tell you the truth what he thinks. A lot of people might not like to hear what he has to say but why waste time. It can take some time for him to get back to you if you have questions but with his knowledge when you talk to him its done in a flash. But that might be a part of the office people you have to deal with and they seem a bit slow. I dealt with him buying (The seller used him) the house and I was impressed so I used him to sell my house.
